CNL Global Real Estate Fund seeks to achieve a high total return through a combination of current income and capital appreciation*

  • To invest at least 80% of fund net assets in equity and equity-related securities issued by real estate and real estate-related companies
  • To primarily invest in the regions of North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific
  • To outperform the fund’s benchmark, the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Global Real Estate Index**
